WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS
Free Warranty Service:
The manufacturer ensures proper operation of TM JUKA refrigeration equipment within
the warranty period, which is set at 24 months from the date of sale (transfer) of the product to the buyer, provided
the buyer complies with the operating rules for the purchased product. All TM JUKA products are supplied with operating
instructions and a certificate of sale, the presence of which is the basis for the manufacturer or authorized person
to provide warranty service. When warranty repair is performed, the warranty period is extended by the time
the product is under repair. If during the warranty period the product fails due to the manufacturer’s fault and
cannot be repaired, such product is subject to replacement with an equivalent one. To determine the causes of product failure
in all cases, it is necessary to provide:

The warranty period does not cover parts of TM JUKA products that are fragile and
are considered consumables according to factory standards: lamps, glass, plastic (handles, etc.), rubber,
locks, wheels. Warranty repair may be refused in cases specified in the operating instructions
for TM JUKA equipment.

Paid Post-Warranty Service:
After the expiration of the warranty period, as well as if the product is removed from warranty
service due to the buyer’s failure to comply with operating conditions, service centers may provide further
product maintenance to keep it in working condition on a paid basis (service department phone 067-411-20-74).

Completeness Check:
Verification of completeness and absence of mechanical defects in products must
be carried out upon product transfer in the presence of the buyer. Claims regarding completeness are accepted no later than
the next business day after the buyer receives the equipment.

Setup and Connection:
Before directly connecting the product to the electrical network, it is necessary to carefully
read the Operating Instructions and perform step-by-step actions in accordance with the operating instructions
for TM JUKA refrigeration equipment. The courier/dispatcher does not perform setup and/or connection of delivered
equipment, but only certifies the verification of equipment completeness together with the consumer.
